This is a picture of a healthy rat's brain, and then an image of the rat brain after 2 hours exposure to a basic off-the-shelf cell phone. The picture shows multiple lesions where blood vessels in the brain had burst, causing sizable clots. Now you must take into account that the brain of a rat is much weaker in comparison to a human's, and the radiation is much stronger in proportion to their size, but the point stands. Even though it may not happen as fast, the same result will occur in a human example after a longer period of time. This effect of radiation can cause several mental disorders, as well as early onset for complications that may occur naturally such as Alzheimer's, Dementia, or Parkinson's disease.
